I'm at Cosi in Washington DC on 10th St NW & E St NW. They have two unisex restrooms here. Ooo... :-)

Cosi, you're failing
I was just given a cold banana nut muffin directly from the fridge. I had to go back up to get it warmed up. So not cool.
(I did get it warmed up in a microwave by someone at the salad bar)
Also, the Chai Tea Latte was only luke-warm. It's gotten cold already. Definitely not cool.
Both from the same person at the register who can't seem to care about the service they provide.
