I think I just (as of last night) figured out why I feel so conflicted. More on that later.

I'm screwed. The deposit apparently didn't make it into the bank in time, and my hosting bill (now $7.50 a month) is due tomorrow. I only have approximately six dollars in my bank account. Oh boy.
