This mind leased to AoE III
Stupid stupid stupid... you knew it was a bad idea to try playing Age of Empires III, yet you did it anyway. Now you're drawn into it like a moth to a flame when you have so much other, and much more important, work to do. Ugh.

I guess this is what I get for not having regular gaming sessions. >.>

All I have right now is the trial version of AoE III. I do, however, own the full version of AoE II including the expansion pack.

You'd think they would include the "How to play" in the trial, but nooo... they actually only include one of the campaigns from the third part of the game... which I have yet to beat... =\
It seems I've gotten very rusty with AoE. I used to be able to play several computers on hard alone and still win.

You should be able to get it from the main AoE III page. If I recall correctly that's where I got it from. It is a hundred or two megabytes big, but gives a good idea what the game is probably like.

My only complaint is that my laptop's GPU (the only copmuter with XP and a decent graphics card short of my brother's laptop, which I don't have access to) is just under specs and NVidia stopped supporting it driver wise some time ago (like, never. From everything I can gather they actually left it up to the laptop maker to make the drivers! o.o).

*looks up from playing Oblivion* Yeah I know what you mean-- I play and before I know it 12 hours have gone by.
