Tonight I've made a 9-inch Upside-Down Pineapple cake, a 9-inch Pineapple Supreme cake, half a dozen Lemon Poppy Seed muffins, and in the oven at the moment I have Tuna Fettuccine Alfredo. I was going to stop after the muffins, cause we ran out of oven-specific items, but I noticed the Fettuccine Alfredo had oven directions so I tossed it together and threw it into the oven. It'll be ready in about 20 minutes now.
I'll need to put away the cakes and muffins soon.
Ya know, I could put the regular pineapple cake on top of the one with the actual pineapple slices on it, and make it a layered cake like that. We only have some lemon icing (if there's any left, now that I think about it), though. I don't know that I would want icing on that cake. ... Nah.
