It's a weighty problem

I need to do something about eating during the work day. I get to work about 8am, I start getting hungry about 10:30 or 11am, I go to lunch at 12pm, and I'm hungry again by 2:30 or 3pm, yet don't go home until 5pm. I need to reschedule my lunch for being at 11am and 2pm or something.

Why? Because several times over the last few days I've weighed myself and, on average, I'm about 133 lbs and dropping. This is not good, as pretty soon I will actually be underweight. I may have vowed to take up exercise if I ever hit and sustain 150 lbs without gaining proportional height, but I need to do something about this losing weight too.
