Sarah Palin changes speech in mid-sentence
There's a lot of stuff on the internet about the current election and politics so I won't get into it too deeply. This particularly snippet surprised me.

Sarah Palin: "Now, others who would want to engage in harming innocent Americans or facilities that uh, it would be unacceptable. I don’t know if you’re going to use the word terrorist there."

When I first read that I thought someone misquoted her or forgot a few words at key points. I then watched the YouTube video and was astounded to find that she actually did jump sentence. It's like her brain just chopped out half the sentence and continued at an angle, all with barely a pause.

... What?

(Never mind any salient points of the clip; you guys and gals can figure that out for yourselves)

She is heavily reliant on teleprompters, written notes and imperfect memorization. The specific kinds of errors she makes make this very clear (to me). Skipping a line is easy to do, especially if you're not thinking about what you're saying as you say it.
