The Trans-Siberian Orchestra performance was very enjoyable. The concert started a few minutes after 8pm and ended around 10:30 or so. There were a few times I simply couldn't make out what they were singing or the lights were flashing a little too fast, but otherwise the music was good. In addition to everything else they performed I specifically recognized "Wizards in Winter" as well as "Queen of the Winter Night", both very good pieces. They previewed a couple of pieces from their new album, not Christmas related, that they will be going on tour for in the Spring. They were pretty good too. I may end up checking it out too.
Then there was Bart Shatto. He played the homeless guy singing as part of one of their narrated pieces. Here are a couple of pictures from his website while in regular tuxedo attire:
