Boston Travel Update
I bought a slightly smaller but significantly lighter Dahon folding bike yesterday. It didn't come with a bag but the one I bought is significantly better made and easier to get in and out of.

I'm now trying to sell the old bike. I posted it on Craigslist last night for 125$ (Originally paid 200$ plus shipping). The first offer was for 100$ but since I didn't specify "or best offer" I put that one on the back burner. The next one never returned my response and I haven't gotten any other offers since. I tried to contact the first one again but no answer on the phone. It's starting to look like I may find myself stuck with the bike at this rate.

I've had a good time in Boston. On the other hand I've been trying to juggle seeing the city, going to Anime Boston, and doing the freelance project yet have failed miseribly at all. I got to meet Spurty from GameHavoc, his family, someone from OkCupid, and a CouchSurfing host; all of which have been absolutely great people and I'm glad I got to meet all of them.

The last downside is I'll be leaving with a sore throat and a bit of a runny nose. It's not too bad and those are the only symptoms, but once again I feel like a pariah. Bleh.

Any chance you can take it with you to the next city? You might have better luck on a different city's Craigslist.

The first offer, for a little less than I asked for, finally got back to me at about 6:45pm Eastern. It's sold now and I have a little less to worry about. All seems well on that front.

I don't think I could take it with me on the train since I already have my big suitcase and the new bike (plus my backpack), at least probably not without being charged half of what I ended up selling it for anyway, hah.
