I'm also going to start watching what I eat, mostly not eating as much as I have been lately. Ben and I are doing salad for dinner this week, although we might look into other healthy options. I also had salad for lunch at work yesterday and will probably have again today. Might add some grilled chicken (or fish!) to the salad for some extra variety.
I'm also cutting soda and juice out of my diet. Once this last thing of juice is gone (of which I haven't been drinking much lately) I won't get any more for a while. For the past few weeks I've also been getting a soda or two at work, so no more of that. Just water and tea now.
I've started this because I let my weight go, hit over 170, can see a notable stomach gut (with minor sides!), and I don't like it. At all. My goal is to be under 150 again, although if I can get closer to 140 or 130 then I'll be even happier. I'm not aiming for a six pack or ultra-ripped muscles of any sort.
